Mobile World Congress News: Alcatel-Lucent Wins LTE Contract in EMEA

During the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona February 14-17 United Arab Emirates operator Etisalat announced an agreement with Alcatel-Lucent for a planned deployment of a Long Term Evolution (LTE) network.
